Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates must ensure the date before booking the course. Once course booked cancelling will not be done. If by any chance candidate is unable to attend the course on booked date or wants to cancel any course booked, need to inform through the written letter with proof to the management, approving the cancellation is up to the management.

2. While booking the course, if the seats get full, you would be accommodated in the next earliest available batch without any charges.

3. Completion of E-Learning Module is mandatory to do Virtual Classes. As per DG candidate need to complete the following for the certification

  • a. E-Learning Module
  • b. Virtual Class
  • c. Online exit exam

    • 4. Institute may cancel the course at any technical reasons or due to insufficient strength of the course.

    • T-shirt’s, Shorts, Slippers are not permitted for the course.

    • 100% attendance is mandatory, a candidate having less attendance needs to compensate in the next batch subject to availability of seat. Additionally the candidate needs to pay for the course fee per day.

    • Cancellation of booking to be intimated to the below mail I'd 15 days prior to commencement of Course.

    • Deduction of 25% of the course fee will be applicable and balance 75% of the amount will be transferred to the same account from which the fees was received.

    • Processing time 30 days.

    • No fees refund will be given if booking done within 15 days or request mail for refund sent is less than 15 days.

    • Students has to complete online class from MTI and E-learning from DGS.

    • Once students completed online class they have to transfer exit exam fees to institute and send the transfer id in the group which is already create by institute for the course.

    • After students transfer the fees after 2days students can appear the exit exam from DGS (for exam - students transfer the fees on Monday by Tuesday evening the exit fees amount will to DGS by Wednesday the students can write the exit exam.

    • After fees transfer from institute to DGS exit exam within 3 days students has to complete the exit exam in case students dint complete the exit exam within three days they have pay the exit exam fees again for appearing the exit exam.

    • Maximum 3 attempt is allowed for exit exam if students failed they have to redo the course again from MTI for getting the certificate.
